Ready-to-Wear & Made-to-Order Pieces

All sales are final.
Refunds and exchanges are not offered on ready-to-wear or made-to-order garments.

Clients are encouraged to review product details, sizing information, and timelines before purchasing.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke pieces are created exclusively for each client.
As such, bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once a bespoke order is confirmed, production begins and cannot be cancelled.

Alterations & Fit

Most garments are designed with allowance for minor alterations.
Alterations are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

For sizing guidance prior to purchase, clients are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Couture Mantra is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
